The location and lanai allows a serene feeling as the Kona winds blow gently across the lagoon. The home overlooks the large lagoon and makes it an exceptional place to sit and watch the birds and fish.
This house has 1 bedroom and 2 FULL baths. All on one level - NO STAIRS! The house is 1,150 sq feet, is roomy and comfortable, and is cooled by CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. The master bedroom has one fan and the living room sports two fans to create a nice breezes to keep you cool, along with the air conditioning.
There is lots of entertainment! The living room features a Flat Screen TV with AppleTV. WiFi is in the home,.

This home is just 15 minute walk from the Mauna Lani shopping center. There, you can find many shops and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, Foodland Farms. Auberge Hotel is a five minute walk away. The Auberge Hotel is next door, offering fine dining, buffets, brunches, and bars. A five star hotel, The Fairmont Orchid, is just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive, which offers world class restaurants.

World class beaches including the famous Hapuna Beach are within minutes. A private beach club is five minutes away, which has lifeguards, free cabanas, kayak and outrigger rentals, and a beach side restaurant. You can also tour the volcano area or go to the south of the island to see the red lava flow into the ocean. (The active volcano is about 90 minutes away, so don't worry!) Costco is 30 minutes away in Kailua Kona, with fantastic locally grown foods, fresh fish, Kona coffee and chocolate covered Macademia nuts, as well as an extensive liquor selection. One trip to Costco is all you need!
