1. Bed linens, pillows and blankets – Please put the shams that are on the beds aside to keep them clean. Use the pillows with white pillow cases. There are extra pillows and blankets in the closets

2. Bath towels and washcloths – gray/black is for make-up removal.

3. Please use linens appropriately to avoid staining.
If you do stain linens, please leave them out so that we easily find and treat them before laundering.

4. Dishwashing and dishwasher detergent – PLEASE be careful NOT TO USE dishwashing liquid in the dishwasher.

5. Please do not move furniture from its original placement.
​
6. Please use supplies as you need them and return them to their original location for the next guests to use.
​
7. Load and start dishwater prior to departure. Our cleaners do not wash dishes!

8. Please let us know if there are any damages to the unit.

9. Please place all used towels on bathroom floor

0 Please turn air conditioning to 85 degrees when checking out.

11. Lock all doors before your departure and verify all locks are secure.
12. Please remove trash prior to leaving unit.

Trash
Garbage must be bagged properly. You may place the trash in the dumpster or trash, in the parking area trash area. (see map under INFO menu) There are animals out there that will get into the garbage, so make sure you secure the lid on the garbage can and close the lid on the dumpster and never leave bagged trash outside. There are cats and mongoose that live at the Terrace, and they will open garbage bags without notice!
